Hello

I was wondering if it would be possible to change from star rating to thumbs up or down rating? Something like it's on your website: https://prnt.sc/t9h4gj

You can deactivate the wpDiscuz post rating feature and use some additional plugin. 

I've found the following one, you can try it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/was-this-article-helpful/
