Something odd i noticed. In the admin area, after saving a form, the fields disappears completely.

In admin i go to wpdiscuz => Forms => Add New

Give the forma title and hit publish without touching anything else, page reloads and i got this.

Please delete the File Manager plugin via the FTP plugin and let us know.
