When I click some icons with the question mark next to a setting it opens an identical admin page, not the releevant documentation page.
For example in the Social Login and Share | Display Social Network Icon on User Avatars setting.

Hi @drlightman,
Simply the info about the description of the option is missing in the documentation, so the link is not working. This will be fixed in the next update.
