We've been getting errors like this in our server logs:
2021/04/17 06:07:53 [error] 25757#25757: *391451 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. Can you please advise what we need to change here. We did recently change hosting companies, if that might have had some effect. Can you please advise what we can do to stop this error from being generated?
Please contact your new hosting support and ask them to fix this issue.
Actually the solution I found that worked was the one mentioned here: https://wpdiscuz.com/community/troubleshooting/copy-over-to-testing-server-broke-wpdiscuz/
