I would like that guest commenters get an email notification when someone replies to their comment using the "Reply" option. How can I do so?

Each user should subscribe to get email notifications from the wpDiscuz plugin. wpDiscuz has just three types of subscriptions. I may also suggest you check out this FAQ: https://wpdiscuz.com/community/f-a-q/wpdiscuz-subscription/. Here you'll find detailed information about the wpDiscuz subscriptions.
