Hello, I am unable to upload many pictures to the comments, mainly photos from an iPhone. Uploads work when I reduce the size of the picture, but regular photos taken from the phone won't upload. Thanks!

I'd like to add that I can see the actual upload itself is accessible and I can see it in the media folder of the admin dashboard. But the preview does not show up when someone uploads from an original picture from an iPhone and the picture is not posted when a comment is posted. Using the same picture with the same device on the demo website is successful. I've tried increasing my memory limit both via modifying the configuration file via php and php through cpanel itself.

I can give access to the site if it is helpful to support staff. Other things, I've tried since I've posted a week ago is changing themes, and uninstalling all other plugins. The issue remains.

Dear @marqattacks,

The developers have tested as well and don't see such an issue on our test websites.

The problem might be related to the hosting configuration. Please contact the hosting support as well.

Also, please zip the problematic image and share it for additional testing.

Hi, the issue can only be replicated when uploading an image using an iPhone that was taken with an iPhone. I've tried it on multiple iPhones. When using a desktop, pc, etc. the uploads work fine.

I found the issue. It was a conflict with the plugin mycred. It somehow prevents image uploads when attempting with a high resolution image using an iPhone.
