I can't get any images to load in the comment box. I have purchased WP Media but they still won't load. I have already troubleshooted and removed and added back every other plug in one at a time, confirmed my site was https, confirmed server permissions are 755 and cleared every cache, and my hosting company Siteground ran all tests for me and said it is the plug in not a server issue. I need help please. When I click the image icon (it's present) my icon spins up in the right corner of my page but never loads. If you go to https://freeindependentnews.com and quickly create an account and attempt to upload any image you can replicate my issue. Also, I do not have the same comment box you show here and reference of being able to drag and drop an image. Please look at my site and tell me what is wrong. Thanks!
Hi Asti, thank you for replying. I am not sure what that is or how to fix it but I will research it. I still have the problem I mentioned of my comment box not displaying like this one, mine is missing the "My Media" and "Attach Files" and drag and drop options (look at my page to see). My box doesn't have any of the menu buttons above to do colored text and bold etc, none of that. I would like those all because I believe that is why when I paste a URL in the comment area, it won't carry the picture with it and it's just a plain link to follow to another site but with no image to the link. I need to be able to copy my RSS news feed URL's and display them in comment just like all the social media sites do when you paste a URL. Can you please tell me how to have the comment box you show here and how to copy and paste a URL that then posts it just like Twitter and the other social media sites? Thanks again from a newbie.
Here we use the wpForo forum plugin. This is not the wpDiscuz plugin. Please don't confuse these two plugins.

@asti Thanks again from a non technical customer. Please answer my other question on how do I paste a URL that displays the picture with it from my RSS feeds on my web page? For example, with Twitter I simply click a news headline, it takes me to the news site, I single click the URL, paste it into Twitter and the picture displays below the headline, that is what I need to do. I need to paste a URL and the photo is populated right below the headline of the news story I have chosen to display for my readers. It is not a picture that is just personal from my computer, it is a link that auto populates the picture below the headline, then I can add comment text if I want. Is that another add on? Does wpforo do that? Does wpmedia do that and I just can't figure out how and where to place the URL? When I now place the URL in the comment box it just makes a red regular text link. When I try source code button and code block button those don't do it unless I am doing it wrong. Again, sorry but I am not technical, I am just trying to create an enjoyable area here for posters and me to post the comment with picture that comes from the news story. Thanks so much for your help on this.
