Hi,
Please follow these steps:

Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Tools admin page.

Choose "Regenerate Comments' Data."

Click "Regenerate Vote Metas."
-
Go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings admin page.

Click "Purge Comment and User Caches."
