How does it solve the problem? How can people unsubscribe to all comments and where in the settings must I make the change?

The users can simply unsubscribe using the 'Unsubscribe' link in the email content. In the latest version (v. 7.6.4) of the wpDiscuz plugin the logic for unsubscribing has been modified so you don't need to change the option.
So it doesn't take them to the page where they had subscribed?
They don't need to be able to see it?
And it unsubscribes them automatically from ALL posts on the website?
What if they only want to cancel one subscription to one post but keep all their others?
I am sorry. But all the functionality related to subscription will be ready in the next version, it will take no more than a week. Now the unsubscribe function works as before.
