wpDiscuz just use WordPress native (core) get_avatar() functions. If you upload the avatar using the same function wpDiscuz will show it fine.

This doc also should be helpful for you: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-thread-features/#display-avatars

Also I have one more question is there any way to change comment text font style??

Could you please describe using some screenshots? Where you'd need to change the font style and what exactly you'd like to use.

@mayank,

wp gravatar but it doesn't appearing when I reply back.

Please make sure the "Display Avatars" option is enabled. It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Thread Features admin page.

More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-thread-features/#display-avatars

And secondly I am using Mukta for my main content so I was thinking is it possible to change coment font in same style.

Please use this CSS code:

#wpdcom { font-family: Mukta !important;}

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > "Additional CSS" textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.
