I cannot see the reply button. What should I do?

I have followed the answers on the forum regarding ''Reply'' button but the advice has not worked

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page, edit the Default Form, just click on the "Update" button, then press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the website front-end.

2. Make sure you don't have old wpDiscuz template customization in the active WordPress theme /wpdiscuz/ folder. If you don’t have customized wpDiscuz template files, just ignore this.

I have also tried to look for other solutions in the Settings though I could not manage to resolve the issue...

What should I do to make it all work well?

I can comment but from the Cockpit, not from the website directly. /On the webiste there is no button: Reply

And .... my comments/answers to the comments land under all the comments of other users. I want to comment it like this:

- the comment of the user and under it directly my answer to the comment.
