Dear people,

We have just found your plugin and (much to our delight) this very detailed guide on how we can handle it in a GDPR compliant way. That was awesome. We read everything and now remain only with one question. Say we were to use wpdiscuz on our website: Does the entire data collected with this plugin stay on our site (server)? Or is there data that will be sent "out" by the plugin, say to your servers?

Or to phrase it differently: Do you process any of the data collected by the plugin?

The guide we found detailed only what we can do (which is of course the main part) but we did not find an explanation if and what data you possibly process and store.

All the best and thank you in advance

Mapel

Hello Mapel,

No information is being collected by the wpDiscuz side. All information is stored in your own Database.

In case you want to say thank you! 🙂
We'd really appreciate if you leave a good review on the plugin page.
This is the best way to say thank you to this project and the support team.

Hi Asti,

Thank you for the quick reply:) We'll save it in our GDPR file, so we can rely on it should there ever be an enquiry.

All the best

Mapel
