When disable commentting on a specific post in WordPress, it doesn't stop the commenting form from appearing. We need to make sure people cannot comment.
For example: https://www.westsiderag.com/2025/06/13/warrant-issued-for-the-arrest-of-uws-pit-bulls-owner-dogs-still-not-turned-in
