After upgrading from version 5.3.6 to 7.6.2 the comments don't have borders around them and just blend into the background.

If someone replies to a comment, then that does have a background.

I would like it look like it did originally on the old version.

Examples attached - From both old and new versions of website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Starting from wpDiscuz 7.x.x, the comment thread design has been completely changed. It now includes three layout options.

I've been looking at the three layouts and using option 2 at the moment. Does that mean it is no longer possible to get a similar design to that of the old version (as screenshot) ?
