In form - comment text field (editing in wordpress setting) and the form show under "join discussion" is different which is not aligned.
The "Comment Text Field" phrase doesn't have any relation to the Join discussion phrase.
The "Comment Text Field" is just a header section for the fields that you'll create.
The "Join discussion" phrase (in your case "Enter your comment here") can be changed in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Phrases > Form admin page:
