I don't have other comments plugin, also comments and discussion are allowed, I can't find the problem. I see also that the form is as "display: none". I couldn't put it to work.

@asti You also can access wp-admin section, I deactivate all the plugins that I'm not using.
This issue comes from the active theme. The wpDiscuz JS files are not being loaded.
Your WordPress theme footer php file (for this custom post type) must contain <?php wp_footer(); ?> function to allow all plugins load JS files and scripts.
You should either manually insert it or contact the theme support with this issue.

@asti Oh, thank you so much! I added the wp_footer() and now is working. I'm going to put 5 starts, amazing plugin.
