I have more than 300 comments on a page but currently showing only five with the rest hidden under the Load more button, as they take up too much space. I was wondering if it's possible to show comments on multiple columns so it looks less like a long list.

Thanks for any help.

@lamayas,

Could you please try to explain using a screenshot?

Hello,

What I mean is that right now, every new comment stacks above the previous one and it makes a really long list when you have too many, so you have to scroll a lot even if not all comments are visible. I am using the plugin so my users can leave comments on an event page but it doesn't really work like a discussion, there are no replies, if any. So it looks like a really long block.

If possible I would like to show the comments next to each other in more than one column. Hope that's more clear.

In case it's not possible, can I show like an excerpt and a 'Read more' on comments that are too long?

Thanks in advance.

@lamayas,

I may suggest you check out the "The number of words before breaking comment text (Read more)" option. Please find out more info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-content-and-media/#the-number-of-words-before-breaking-comment-text-read-more
