Hello!

We seem to have an issue with icons being broken on comment form:

I assume it has something to do with caching and CSS. We are using WP Rocket. Does anyone know the solution for this?

Please check and let us know if the "Load Font Awesome css lib" option is enabled or not.

The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page.

We don't see the font awesome lib files at all.

Again we see the issue, but this is not the wpDiscuz issue. It comes either from the plugins or theme. On your website, the font awesome lib isn't loaded.

If the "Load Font Awesome css lib" option is enabled, you should see the your-domain/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/third-party/font-awesome-5.13.0/css/fa.min.css?ver=7.6.1' file.

On your website, it's now missing at all.
