[Solved] "Anyone posts a comment" WordPress option and comment without page reloading
Hi! Usually, when I add a comment, it immediately appears on the page without reloading. But if I enable "Anyone posts a comment" WordPress option, the comment stops being displayed immediately, I need to reload the page to see it. How can I fix this?
Hi @ekaterina,
We don't follow you well.
Do you use the wpDiscuz Live Update option? If it's possible please record some video with the issue. It'll help us to better understand the issue.
I may also suggest you disable the wpDiscuz cache and check again. It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings tab.
Also please confirm that those comments don't pending for moderation.

We'd really appreciate if you leave a good review on the plugin page.

Could you please export the wpDiscuz option from the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Tools > Backup Options and send it to us.
Once you export them a download button will be available.
We don't find such an issue on our test websites.

It seems there is a plugin conflict as far as even with your options the issue doesn't exist on our test websites.
Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

Thanks! Today I will try to find the cause of the conflict. If I can't, I'll write to you tomorrow.
Sure please keep us informed @ekaterina!
I may suggest you deactivate all plugins (keep activated only the wpDiscuz) and switch to some default theme and check again. If it works, reactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each activation to find a problem maker.

We don't see such an issue please watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/Re3igXJ2
Could you please send us the example URL where we can check the issue? We've created the test post in the "Вопросы" section.

Thank you for taking your time to solve my problem. There really isn't a problem under your test post. But on other pages it continues to exist. For example here - https://law.kg/question/test-2 / Maybe it's all about the role of the author.
Please wait a bit, we'll check and back to you asap.

We've created again a new post and don't see such an issue. Could you please let us know how you're creating a post?

Here is a testing page we've created. If you create a testing page with the issue, please don't remove it until the developers finish checking.

Look. If you create a post as a user with administrator rights, then everything is fine. But if the user who created the post has the role of "author", then a problem appears.
Then, please create a test post as the author and leave the URL here.

One of the active plugins or some custom code (probably added by you) prints the following message in the header. It causes the issue.
Please see the screenshot below:
Please comment out the custom codes and check again. If the custom code doesn't cause the issue, please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker. Please keep the cache plugin deactivated during this testing process.
