WPDiscuz is causing 403 errors and IP addresses to be blocked by WP Engine.

/wp-json/wpdiscuz/v1/update?postId=1342900&lastId=1630&visibleCommentIds=1596%2C1618%2C1630

Please can you advise what we need to do to prevent this happening? I saw in a different thread that turning off the comment bubble can help. Is this the only thing we can try?
