I have WPDiscuz on a multisite for an event. I'm hosted on WPEngine and they manage the firewall. Access logs are showing a 403 error for GETting the resource:
/2022/wp-json/wpdiscuz/v1/update?postId=23&lastId=102&visibleCommentIds=
This is causing our firewall to block user IPs. Any idea what this is from or how to update? They said I need to reach out to the developers of the plugin to see if we can make these requests another way?
Could you please deactivate the wpDiscuz Comment Bubble and the Live Update options and check again?
Both options can be found in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Live Commenting and Notifications admin page.
