It seems like things work fine on mobile but the desktop is not displaying the comment field, only the login information

One of the active plugins or theme tries to load 2 comment sections for mobile and desktops. It adds {display:none} CSS role for the wpDiscuz textarea element. Thus, it is not being displayed (see the screenshot below).

Please deactivate the plugins one by one and find the plugin/theme that caused the issue. Once you find the problem maker (theme or  plugin) contact them and ask to fix the issue.
