Last part, Comment Form Customization: Starting (instead of started) with the 4.0.0 version (lots of stilted language throughout but will try to stick to actual typos).

Same thing on 'Agreement checkbox for comment subscrption bar," it should say 'Starting with" not 'Started from'
Enable Post Rating: "... to allow users (to) rate (an) article....
