is it somehow possible to disallow gust users(users who didnt log in) to see specific comments? But every logged in user can see that comment?

We may suggest you check out the wpDiscuz "Allow guests to view comments" option. It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page (Comment Form add/edit section). However, it'll hide all existing comments, not individual comments.
Anyway, I'm going to ask the developers if there is another solution we can share here. I'll update this topic soon.
