I added wpDiscuz to my site, however, when posting a comment it doesn't show the profile picture.

I use the Easy Digital Downloads plugin, follow images:

How do I work?

wpDiscuz uses WordPress native (core) get_avatar() function. If the plugin doesn't use the same WordPress function, it won't work. Please contact the plugin support and ask them if they are using the get_avatar() function.
