Hello,
I have not tested WpDiscuz yet, but hopefully someone can answer this:
Can custom fields be showed only on certain pages?
If there is a possibility to add a css class for each custom field, or if it is created automatically and it's unique, this could easily be done via css, even if there is not an option for it in the plugin settings.

Sure you can. You just need to create another form and use the "Display comment form for post IDs" option, to display the form for posts/pages with certain IDs.
