I have the wpdiscuz emoticon plugin but it's not working because i have SQL 5.5 version.
Do you have an other plugin for integrate emoticon on WPDiscuz to recommand me, please ?
(please don't delete my post because i have bought all plugins/addons wpDiscuz but emoticon plugin doesn't work. So I would like to offer an alternative to my readers of my website)

You don't need any alternative emoticons plugin if your MySQL version is 5.5.3+. Please let me know the exact version of your MySQL version. If it's 5.5.3+ then we can fix it with changing of table collation from utf8 to utf8mb.
I don't have any idea. Please install some plugin and check your MySQL server version, for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/

Ok, it's good. You just need to update table collations to utf8mb and the emoticons addon will work fine. We can help you to do that if you send admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address.
We can install phpMyAdmin plugin in your dashboard if we have access to dashboard.
