wpDiscuz comment list can be ordered by "Newest", "Oldest" and "Most voted"comments.
If those sorting buttons are missing, please check the following options:
1. Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Thread Displaying admin page, make sure the "Display Comment Sorting Options" option is enabled.

2. Also, the sorting buttons are not available for the default comments pagination type [1][2][3]... It's only active for [Load more] and other AJAX pagination types. So navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page, make sure the "Break comments into pages with…" option is NOT checked.
