Hello!

Your plugin add 

for example: https://search.google.com/search-console/index/drilldown?resource_id=sc-domain%3Asobchak.blog&item_key=CAMYGCAC&sharing_key=Hmg9EE6UTbWo0Zs9MNDcyQ

and 

https://search.google.com/search-console/index/drilldown?resource_id=sc-domain%3Akosmetichka.blog&item_key=CAMYGCAC&sharing_key=oY75HqXC06ni9I1wQvEhlg

This is urls #! cant redirect any plugin 301. I trunsfer site on anthor domain, I must have all old urls 301 to new domain urls.

Those are intended for internal use only, and there's no need for any redirections.

I must all urls old site redirect 301 to new domain. I can redirect all urls. But cant redirect urls whch ended #! no one plugin cant redirect this is #!

if I use wpdiscuz comments I cant never change site domain?

wpDiscuz does not include '#!' in its core codes. These may be added by the theme or other plugins. As for the comment author link, it's intended for internal use only, and there's no need for any redirections.

You sure? On hosting support and developer (diferent people) say me this is wpdiscuz plugin (check on my first post screenshot). My developer can fixed this is, but i dont wat have again this is issue after first plugin update...

Yes sure. The wpDiscuz doesn't include '#!' in its core codes.
