in the settings, the tooltips of few sections are giving 404 error

That's correct, because the URLs are referring to the wpdiscuz.com. You just need to change wpdiscuz.com domain to wpdiscuz.com in those URLs to see the documentation. Once the stable version is released we'll move wpdiscuz.com to wpdiscuz.com and all links will work without changing the domain.

This problem is currently fixed. We've created redirect rule so all documentation URLs are already working fine.
