Oops a mistake, the email address is @airavis. fr and not @airavis. net.

The issue is already solved. The developers just have done the following step:

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Tools admin page and click on the “Rebuild Ratings” button. Then delete all kind of caches and check again.
