On some pages of my posts, the comments appear... but the option to comment disappears... Only the previous comments remain, without the option to comment again.

Hi,

Please check the built-in WordPress "Automatically close comments on articles older than  X days" option. The option is located in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page. 

On the same page, check out the "Allow people to submit comments on new posts" option.
