[Solved] In wp plublishing area

Please go to W3 Total Cache plugin settings, find JS Minify / Async / Defer settings and disable them. Then delete all caches and test it again.

Also, please leave a full screenshot of JS Minify / Async settings, that we could see all options are set correctly.

I did as told but the issue is there.

We see you've installed some other plugin. Please deactivate the plugin, activate the wpDiscuz, then create some testing post and let us know. 

@asti what plugin are you referring to ? There’s only one comment plugin.

We see a Facebook comment section on your website. Please see the screenshot below. 

@asti try to check again . Both of theme has worked together well before. You should see the comment plugin right below the Facebook commenting. Do you think is the Facebook commenting plugin that causes the issue ? 

Is there any update on this? I tried to see the plugin and all it's files and then installed again but the issue is still present

I apologize for the late response.

One of the active plugins doesn't allow the wpDiscuz inline commenting button's js file to be loaded. You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.  

@asti issue is fixed. I just update the new wp version 5.5 and the issue is gone
