We have a stage site where the "Comment Field Join" phrase is showing just fine

Then on our production site the entire text form is hidden with an inline style and when I override that with my own css the phrases is not showing in the text box. Actually commenting is not working at all

You have a js error on one of the websites (screenshot below). It may come from the WooCommerce Product Gallery Slider (Twist) plugin. Please solve the js error and it'll work fine//
If you look attentively on the staging website the zoom function works once you hove or the image. On the live website, the zoom function doesn't work due to the js errors. Once you solve the js error shown on the screenshots everything should work fine.
