I tried leaving a comment using incognito mode and when i use a random email it correctly kept the comment unapproved but when i used the admin mail (which is available publicly on my site for contact) it auto approved it for some reason with zero verification.

How do I fix this?? Is this a bug or am i overlooking an option in the setting?
Edit: It's not admin email but a different account with administer role with a different email. If anyone uses that email which has administer role then the comment goes through without approval
