I update both plugin to the latest version. To the Toolset custom type it can display comments, but it loses all the styleing, like voting, displaying style, it just wp original comment. Is there any solution?

It should work fine.

1. Make sure you've enabled "Support Comments" option when you create a custom post type using Toolset: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-add-comments-to-custom-post-type/#post-437285

2. Go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, edit your comment form, and enable it for your custom post type: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/manage-comment-forms/comment-form-settings/#post-types
