Do I have to use the wpDiscuz social login feature in order for its social sharing to work and show up on the front end?

@curafun,

You just need to enable the Share Button for each social network. In the case of a Facebook social button, you'll need to get the Facebook Application ID and Facebook Application Secret as well.
