I currently have the paid add-on "Subscription and User Following " enabled. It seems that in addition to notifying the end user, it is sending a copy of the email to our website admin email, which is flooding our inbox. How can we disable this?

wpDiscuz doesn't have a redirection feature of this kind. I recommend reaching out to your hosting support; they might assist you in locating a setting to disable the redirection.
