Just to confirm, I just tested the Live Notification / Bubble today and notice two things

I only get notified if someone replies my comment on the same page where the comment was posted, so If I'm browsing another page, I don't get notified. I don't know if it is supposed to work like this or not.

Is there a way to show the notification bubble on all pages and not just pages where there is a comment section?

Tes, this is designed to work in this way.

However, we're planning to add a new addon that will include this feature in near future.
