I'm getting the bubble with the number of total comments, but the little orange number that shows new comments isn't appearing. Neither is the message that's supposed to pop up after 45 seconds to urge visitors to comment on posts. I've enabled all those functions, so I'm not sure why it's not working.

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
