If I'm not wrong, field labels and placeholders have to be the same text. Also, seems that most field labels are not displayed but placeholders do.
Could you please rephrase your question? Please explain using some screenshots.
Is it possible to have different text for labels and placeholders?
Sure, navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, Edith the form, scroll down and find the "COMMENT TEXT FIELD" section. Edit each field and change the value of the name field.

Each field label can be changed by editing each field and changing the value of the name field. Just navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, edit the form, scroll down, and find the "COMMENT TEXT FIELD" section.

Sorry again. I'm afraid it's my fault I cannot explain properly.
I already know how to change the name of a field. No problem with that. My question is: can the placeholder be different than the name? Check the attached picture, please. Maybe it'll help.
Maybe you don't understand me because the plugin does not display labels by default. In my project I've customized CSS and labels are displayed so people can see both labels and placeholders.
We don't know how you've made the customization. Please watch this video, it shows how the placeholder can be changed. Just change the placeholder and don't change the label you've added.

Thanks for the video but this is what I already know how to do. Don't worry: I'll solve the problem with some pseudo-element. Thanks anyway. We've both tried
