I have a Wordpress site with a simple app conversion that I've been trying to get published in the Google Play Store. I get rejected because I must offer an in-app solution for users to block/hide other users and their comments. Even with several add-ons this seems impossible with WP Discuz? Does anyone have a solution? Seems weird to me for such a popular plug-in with so many paid add-ons to not arrange a way to comply with app store policies

We don't follow you well. The wpDiscuz is just a commenting plugin. It has all the necessary tools for leaving comments on the website.
