1. How to disable reply button
2.change the widthe of comment layout ( I want it full-width on desktop
3. How to change the font of the text

Please find the answers below.

1. How to disable reply button

You should disable the "threaded (nested) comments X levels deep" option.

The option is located in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page.

2.change the widthe of comment layout ( I want it full-width on desktop

Please provide the URL of your website, so we'll be able to help you with the CSS code. 

3. How to change the font of the text

Please show on the screenshot what exactly you want to change.
