At some point the comments on my site stopped showing up. I've tried to do everything I can to get them to come back, but nothing works. I want to upgrade to the package deal, but I need to fix this issue first. People can't leave a comment because the box doesn't show up and old comments aren't showing up either. I've done everything I can find on this forum and nothing seems to work.

Hi @norveilex,

One of the active plugins or the active theme adds the {display: none} CSS rule for the wpDiscuz textarea. Please watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/u6Ku6TUJv3hQ

You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.

@asti Thank you for your help. It appears to be the theme. Do you know if it's possible to edit the theme or if I'll have to use a different one?
