Since last 3 - 4 days strange thing happening. When a user comment on a article it automatically moved to different post and it removed from the original post.
This happens not only from the front end when logged in to the admin panel comment showed as it posted on the second article which is wrong.
For some reason comment related article ID is changing automatically.

Do you know why this happening what is the fix?
To understand the issue
One of the active plugins are changing the post thus the comments are not being linked with the correct posts. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.
We narrowed it down to Breeze Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/breeze/.
Why this is happening with the new updates?
It'd be better if you contact the Breeze Plugin support with this issue.Â
