Hello.
When a comment is written, it should be loaded instantly via Ajax and appear on the page. But it doesn't happen like that. The written words remain in the text box. When you refresh the page (f5) the comment appears. Who knows what is done?

The site has not been activated yet. It will be activated soon. I write the comment in the comment box and click the submit button. The comment is not loaded, it remains in the box. When you refresh your page, the comment I wrote appears in the comments section.

This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme. Please deactivate all plugins, switch some default theme, and check again.
If it works activate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each activation to find the problem maker.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
