Hello.
When a comment is written, it should be loaded instantly via Ajax and appear on the page. But it doesn't happen like that. The written words remain in the text box. When you refresh the page (f5) the comment appears. Who knows what is done?

This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme. Please deactivate all plugins, switch some default theme, and check again.
If it works activate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each activation to find the problem maker.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
