Where in the database is the agreement checkbox result stored? I need to run a database query to add commenters to my email list, but only if they checked the box.

I'm confused. What is the purpose of storing it in a cookie? If a user is agreeing to terms or something, a record of that needs to be saved, either for purposes like mine or just as a record of compliance with regulations or limiting liability.
The main purpose of the Agreement Checkbox is saving the data in cookies. It's being stored there to detect if it's necessary to show or not for the next time.
Besides for the guests there is no way to store it in the database. So the right way is to save the data in cookies.
