The feature is included in the wpDiscuz – Frontend Moderation addon. This is an "All-in-One" powerful yet simple toolkit for managing comments directly from the frontend. The addon allows you to approve new comments, unapprove automatically approved inappropriate comments, mark them as spam, send an email to the comment author, move specific comments to another post, add the comment author to a blacklist, and either trash or permanently delete comments.
