Well, wpDiscuz 7 looks really impressive and I am getting ready to upgrade.
There are a couple of things I would like to double-check with you first:
1. Do I upgrade the addons first and then wpDiscuz 7, or the other way round?
2. To upgrade the addons, do I delete/uninstall the previous versions first?

Thanks @alina. I have already read that page, but it wasn't clear to me. Hence my post.
So, does it mean that I don't need to delete the old addons and should just upload and install the new ones which will then overwrite the old ones? And upgrade wpDiscuz after upgrading the addons?
Please clarify this for me.
