😎 Hi,
I am using the shortcode [wpdiscuz_likes] to display the total number of likes and dislikes the user has given on comments. However, what I am really looking for is to display the number of likes and dislikes the user has received on their own comments, not the votes they have cast themselves.
Thanks for your help in telling me what shortcode or code modification I should use to achieve this!
Hi,
I'm sorry, but there is no solution for this. We do not recommend implementing this using custom code, as it will negatively affect your website's performance. This information is not stored in the database, and retrieving it through a custom solution would significantly slow down your website.
I too would love likes received. This is a common feature in forum software, this would encourage users to write more thoughtful posts.
